Description : Tallest tower in India with height of 101.9 Meters. A very slender tower with an aspect ratio of 1:13 implying that the height is 13 times minimum plan dimension. Comprises of 21 Controller Positions with a 360 degree view at the Visual Control Room (VCR) which is at 26th Level & Ground Controller Positions at Operational Level (25th Level). House Tuned Mass Damper (50 Tons approx) to protect the building from extra sway during critical wind (TMD used for the first time in India).

Title : Cognizant IT Park, Kolkata.
Description : Office complex with all amenities developed for client Cognizant. Comprises of SDB I & SDB II (i.e. Software Development Building I & II) with Substation, Rain Water Harvesting & Roads with both hard & soft-scaping. An EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) Contract with complete interior including office equipment was in scope. Both buildings SDB I & II were B+G+8 with 4.5 Lakh sq. ft. BUA each.

Description : Consists of 4 Stadiums - the Largest one is Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium, 2 Indoor Stadiums & 1 Hockey Stadium. Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium has a total capacity of 35,000 people. Total Stadium Area is 103.0 m x 70.0 m.
Title : AJC Bose Road.
Description : A 3kms long Flyover with two carriages, connecting park circus with racecourse and 2nd Flyover of Kolkata. The great challenge was relocation of existing utilities with new one. The main attraction of the project was Steel Superstructure using Steel Columns & Beams and Deck Slab with Bituminous Top. Most challenging job was planning for traffic movement as the flyover location was in heart of town, therefore majority of the erection/ concrete pouring sequence was planned in night only.
Title : 2nd Narmada Bridge Connecting Mumbai & Ahmedabad.
Description : A link stretching over the Narmada River near Zadeshwar, Gujarat. Accomplished in 2000, the bridge was built in a record period of 32 months in a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Scheme. The bridge consists of 13 main spans with a length of 96.2 m & 4.63 km of approach roads. The box girders were built using innovative first-time technologies in India, adopting precast segmental construction for the superstructure & erecting the precast quality segments by using a purpose designed launching girder. Located 29 m downstream of the existing bridge, the two-lane deck consists of a 7.5 m wide carriageway with 1.5 m wide footpaths on both sides. The foundations to piers were single cast in-situ sunk in caisson with varying depths between 42 m & 65 m below the riverbed.

Description : World’s biggest Grassroots Refinery having a Petrochemical Plant for the production of 1550 KTPA Paraxylene, a Polymer Plant for the production of 1000 KTPA Polypropylene and a Captive Power Plant with an installed capacity of 450 MW power through Gas Turbines & Steam Turbine. Managed HTU (Hydro Treating Unit) in refinery area. Consists of pipe rack with equipment foundation.
