  • Responsible for end-to-end device management using Microsoft SCCM and Intune, managing over 35,000 devices via SCCM, and 130,000+ devices via Intune.
  • Administered SCCM infrastructure, including 1 Primary Site Server, 2 Management Points, and 65+ Distribution Points (DPs) deployed across multiple global locations for efficient content distribution.
  • Handled daily operational tasks such as patch deployment, application packaging and deployment, and enforcing device compliance policies (e.g., USB, camera, and browser extensions restrictions).
