• Determined areas for improvement and implemented processes to alleviate problems
• Analyzed problematic areas to provide recommendations and solutions
• Process Standardization and creation of internal control framework across region
• Risk assessment and review of control environment for the Global Fund Services business unit across North America, EMEA & APAC regions 
• Process Improvement and risk reduction via data analytics and automation
• RPA for control Testing, Power BI, Share Point, Power Apps solutions and Macros
• Data Analysis to identify error trends, phishing attempts , control failures etc.
• Collaboration with business units and internal Audit functions to improve audit readiness.
• Data Privacy Incident root cause analysis and remediation's
• Review of controls on Business Continuity Planning and disaster recover standards for all business units.
• End User Computing(EUC) review to ensure business follow company standards.
