• Responsible for managing 30+ External client/Investment manager relationships

• Collaborated with Agent Bank & SUB Custodian like (Canada, Euroclear and Clearstream, Crest settlements and many more to ensure settlement of the trades in the market

Custody Management Services [CMS]:-

• Monitored trade settlements based on client and investment manager instructions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Responded to client requests and trade-related queries with effective, solution-oriented communication.
• Investigated trade settlement issues by reviewing corporate actions, FX transactions, and coordinating with global trade monitoring and DTC settlement teams.
• Reviewed and validated documentation for new client account setups; facilitated client system access as required.
• Delivered month-end holding reports to clients and internal stakeholders for audit and reconciliation.
• Set up standing instructions for FX auto-repatriations and ensured accurate processing.
• Resolved cash breaks related to trades, dividends, Cash wires, corporate actions, and loans as part of the cash team.
• Drafted concise, professional client communications via email, ensuring clarity and responsiveness
