1. In 2015, I developed a Lapse Pending Calculator in Excel that helps the team accurately calculate the premium amount required to keep a policy in force and prevent it from lapsing. This tool has significantly improved team quality, enhanced the client and advisor experience, and resulted in an annual savings of $8,540.
2. In 2021, RiverSource decided to stop accepting premium payments via credit card and initiated a project called 'Credit Card Decommissioning' to notify all clients through letters and remove credit card as a premium payment method. I was part of this project and contributed by gathering requirements, identifying impacted policies, and coordinating with the appropriate resources to ensure the task was completed within the given timeline.
