• Site visit of Halipani Project which was flooded years back.
• Inspection of components, prepared detailed report for rectification,replacement and overhaul of components.
• Reviewed technical documents ,drawings etc.
• Meetings with client to prepare detailed project report & schedule of project.
• Completed overhaul of mechanical components such as Main Inlet Valve,Turbine etc.

As a Erection and Commissioning Engineer successfully completed the following Projects:

• Commissioning of Main Inlet Valve and Penstock Protection Valve of UHL Hydro Electric Project (3 x 33 MW).
• Retrofit of Perunthenaruvi Small Hydro Power Plant (Kerala State Electricity Board) (2 X 3 MW), Horizontal Kaplan Machine.
• Erection & Commissioning of Anakampoil SHEP (KSK Engineering Pvt. Ltd.) (2X 3.5 MW + 1 MW), Horizontal Francis machine.
• Erection & Commissioning of Aniyur Hole M.H.S (SLV Power Pvt. Ltd.) (3 X 8 MW), Horizontal Francis machine with PRV.
• Erection & Commissioning of Perunthenaruvi Small Hydro Electric Project (Kerala State Electricity Board) 2 x 3 MW, Horizontal Kaplan Machine.
• Erection & Commissioning of Vellathooval Small Hydro Electric Project (Kerala State Electricity Board) 2 x 1.8 MW, Horizontal Kaplan Machine
• Erection & Commissioning of Simla Small Hydro Electric Plant (Sai Engineering Foundation) 2 x 2.5 MW, Horizontal Pelton Machine.

• Erection & Commissioning of Sawrakuddu Hydro Electric Project (Himachal Pradesh Power Corp. Ltd.) 3 x 37 MW, Vertical Francis Machine.

• Renovation, Modernization & Up gradation of Mohammadpur Hydro Electric Project (Uttaranchal Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd.) 3 x 3.1 MW, vertical kaplan machine commissioned by B.T.H in 1947.

• Generator Rehabilitation Ghatghar Hydel Projects (Maharashtra State Electricity Board) 2 x 125 MW, Vertical Francis Machine.
• Major Overhaul of WYC Bhudkalan Hydel Projects (Haryana Power Generation Corp. Ltd.) 2 x 7.2 MW, Bulb type Kaplan Machine.
• Capital Maintenance of Mukerian Hydel Projects – stage IV (Punjab State Electricity Board) 3 x 19.2 MW, Vertical Kaplan Machine.
