 Attending of Technical meeting with client
 Communication and coordination with client as per contractual scope and technical specification
 Discussion with design department regarding modifications and site issues
 Technical Meeting and inspection of vendors for third party systems/Axillary systems
 Erection and commissioning of CAL, CGL, 4HI &6HI CRM, CCL, Furnaces and auxiliaries etc. with safety norms
 Preparation DPR, Delay Analysis, KAIZEN, Vendor intervention, local procurement BOM & BOQ. from basic & detailed engineering. etc.
 Inspection of the vendor equipment and verification/ modification as per design.
 Commissioning of ABB ACS & DCS 800, 880 ,580 VFDs
 Troubleshooting of Siemens STEP7 PLC programs
 Erection & Commissioning of Transformers, HT and LT panels, control panels (RIO, PLC, Emergency Panels)
 Erection & Commissioning of vendor packages (furnace Heater paned, Analyzer panel and EMG steering systems)
 Installation & Commissioning of Electrical field Sensors like Encoders, Linear Transducers, Pressure switch, Transmitters, HMD, and Photocells. PIT, FIT, Pyrometers, Load Cells Moog Servo valves, Proportional valves & Control and motorized valves, Sony Magna Scale etc.
