Ensure to check whether EDI, IGM, IAL distributed properly to all our External and Internal Interested parties like Customs, VOA, Operations, SSC etc
Ensure to follow various Service Level Agreements as per company guidelines
Communicate with consignee's and forwarders for various queries of their shipments
Provide support and resolution for customer queries received via telephone / e-mail as per defined SLAs and quality parameters.
