- Ensure to check whether EDI, IGM, IAL distributed properly to all our External and Internal Interested parties like Customs, VOA, Operations, SSC etc
- Ensure to follow various Service Level Agreements as per company guidelines
- Communicate with consignee's and forwarders for various queries of their shipments
- Provide support and resolution for customer queries received via telephone / e-mail as per defined SLAs and quality parameters.
