• Disconnection Tracking: Update and verify consumer disconnection records in Fluent Grid ID, ensuring accuracy and timely entries.
• Billing Adjustments: Process sundry adjustments, reconcile billing data, and coordinate with the finance team to prevent errors.
• Penalty & Dues Management: Maintain Penalty Violation Reports (PVR), issue penalty notices, and assist in recovering overdue payments.
• Billing Exceptions: Track and resolve bill stop entries, handle technical or consumer-requested billing issues, and verify meter readings.
• Consumer Support: Address queries related to billing, disconnections, and penalties, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain records, generate reports on billing trends, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with finance, customer service, and field teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
