• To prepare the BOM and incorporate it in the ERP, to prepare the relevant PPAP documents as per PPAP Check sheet.
• Prepare work instruction after calculating balancing & sequencing of each station.

> Process improvement and Appearance rejection&limit samples for defect control in the Manufacturing line

>Taking Quality control measures and improvement from suppliers for the incoming problems from vendors.

> Follow up Reliability test results and taking control actions to improve >reliability failure of the materials. Have to do the analysis of the reliability failed devices and taking corrective action of root cause .

>Preparation of the Assembly & Packing operation Work Instructions (WI), Material usage information, Special Attentions points, Jigs& Fixture Requirement & usage.

• Study & analysis of special design for glue dispenser, resulting in reduction & consumption of bond at Engine Assembly line, saving appx 12 million annually.
• Assessed Motorbike assembly products and identified issues and potential delays.
