- Workflow analysis and process improvements providing timely updates to management and onshore counterparts

- Manage Team and responsible for their development, grooming and address issues/ grievances proactively
- Make process improvements recommendations. Handling escalations, leading and monitoring the performance of the team member to ensure the efficiency in process operations
- Ensuring all activities are performed as per the service level agreement-timely and accurately
- Performing the various internal report to management like fails summary query reduction CSDR implication of the trade’s trade failure.
- Proactive observation of key risk indicators and the alert created by the clients and client facing team.
- Reviewing the actions and updates performed by the Client facing Team (Front office) on the critical business matters
- Monitoring and investigating on the client cases and activities and ensure quality delivery of services within the SLA.
- Proactive participation in in new projects and analysing the risk involvement and solve the problems independently.
- Co-ordinating with Front office and back office for the various business requirements and deliver the quality services to stake holders.
- Work on data issues like missing data in internal system, data quantity issue and conflicts between internal books and agent raised by the end users. Co-ordinating with appropriate team like tech team and other internal team for the remediation.
