Research Project Details
Validated RP-HPLC Method for the Estimation of Trazodon Hydrochloride in Marketed Formulation, Radharaman Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bhopal (M.P.),
The objective of present work is to develop RP-HPLC method for estimation of Trazodone in tablet dosage form and its validation. The developed RP-HPLC method was validated for estimation of trazodone using linearity, range, accuracy and precision. The % RSD for all parameters was found to be less than two, which indicates the validity of method and assay results obtained by this method are in fair agreement. The project report is demonstrating “Trazodone Hydrochloride In Marketed formulation”
