• Initiative to run the AFBC Boiler by switching the fuel from Coal to Rice husk
• Successfully run the travelling grate boiler with Biomass pallets which earlier run with coal
• To ensure uninterrupted supply of power, steam, water, air, nitrogen
• Shutdown Planning of different plants
• Co-ordination with Production Stores, Safety, Maintenance, etc
• Trouble shooting in the processes

• Coordination for maintenance jobs, shutdown planning, breakdown maintenance, process and equipment reliability improvements etc

• Responsible for overall activity of plant & equipment section, planning of preventive maintenance, TPM, KAIZEN, 5S & SAFETY,JSA,HAZOP
• SOP,JSA Preparation and review
• Monitoring of Consumption material like Energy, Oil, and Diesel & Fuel

Worked with UTTAM GALVA METALLICS LTD, Wardha, Maharashtra as a Engineer (O&M)power plant with 90*4 TPH AFBC Boiler(CVL), 75 TPH Gas fired Boiler, 40*2 LMZ Russian Turbine & 15 MW HANGZHOU Chinese Turbine ..
