Working with processing team on SQL/Oracle

Doing purging activity on monthly basis and take the backup before doing the same
Identifying application errors & interacting with development team to resolve technical issues and raising defect for the same
Providing data to the customers based on their requirement and writing SQL Queries for the same
Training end-users by means of verbal personal instruction and specially designed documentation
Provide support out of office hours, during weekends and major release work to development and customer to help them to resolve issues faced
Managing support mail boxes and Phone calls where customers raise technical issues and queries
Working with Operations to prioritize solution and maintaining SLA
Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet Good knowledge in creating Hive tables, and loading and analyzing data using hive queries Created internal and external tables with properly defined partitions for efficiency.
