• Providing 24/7 operations support for Motorola Solutions global infrastructure consisting 1700 Windows and VMware ESX servers in Client Data centers across the globe.
• Managing Win2k8, Win2k3, Win2k Servers over the WAN using Remote Desktop, VNC viewer, Raritan Client and Virtual Console
  Preparing monthly KPI reports for account
• Microsoft Cluster environment – configuring, troubleshooting F & P Cluster Servers
