- I have worked on SailPoint
- I have done onboarding accounts in SailPoint, offboarding, Rehiring, transferring
- I also involved in adding users into HR internal group
- Apart from that I have worked on adding users into AD group
- And I also worked on changing OU moment one group to another
- I have involved in working on script which is designed by our stake holders
- Using Postman script I have did alias account onboarding in SailPoint
- Have hands on experience on installing and upgrading CyberArk components (CPM, PVWA, PSM, Private Ark client and DR Vault)
- Working on Private Ark client to provide permissions to the user
- Interacting with the client on various issues on the privileged accounts
- Performing DR drill activities like Failover & Failback
- Building CyberArk safe sand adding different applications in the safes
- Performing simple trouble shooting task sin End point Privileged Management
- Secondary On-call responsibilities when assigned
- Managing the users or accounts (unlocking the locked accounts, enabling the disabled accounts, resetting the password of accounts, place accounts in required OU and providing the access to users for required groups at AD level) in Active directory
- Hands on experience in the Service Now ticketing tool
- On boarding various platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, DBand Application)
- Experience in technologies such as LDAP, SQL, Windows, Linux and various directories
- Responsible for the adherence to full fill the request with in the SLA period
- Trouble shooting user issues 2 factor authentication issues, password reset, user disable
- Account locked guiding the users to connect the target devices from CyberArk.
