• Responsible for floating RFQ and price finalisation

• Price Control of product and validate and update any change

● Lead Assembly Manufacturing Engineer Section and responsible for buying child parts for assembly section

● Lead a team of engineers(5 nos) and technicians (30 nos)

● Responsible for Vendor development such as Supplier Identification, Supplier Evaluation, Part and Assembly Development, Costing, PPAP and Process Establishment, First Article Inspection, Tracking Raw Material and Commodity Movement development

● Prepared Evaluation report, Layout and manpower calculation, Assembly process Flowchart, PFMEA, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Packing Operation Procedure (POP) during new product development stage
