Net control is big system, which helps to maintain daily status of goods transmission to customers across the world. This system is divided into small several mini projects, TMI is one of them. Aim of the TMI is to monitor, manage inventory, execute workflow and support overall responsibilities for Yards and Terminals. In detail, once train gets departure at the location, TMI system comes into picture. Yard master creates one work plan for inbound train. According to that work plan crew starts working and he updates the system accordingly. Some of the main functionalities in this project are Work list, Inventory Correction, Interchange Delivery, Interchange Receipt.

Whenever the crew finds any damages in goods then he removes particular equipment from the track and joins remaining equipment's .That time Inventory Correction comes into picture. Yardmaster creates plan, but sometimes it may not workout so in such cases inventory correction updates the status of the track.
