- For CCP cash flows, check and validate the clearing brokers' margin statements, and settle the variation margin cash flows in a timely manner.

- Prepare the SOPs and update them with new scenarios and workarounds. Also, review the SOPs periodically.

- Implement new controls to avoid the risk of errors, and monitor that the controls are followed without any compromise.
- Train the new joiners to build their product and process knowledge, maintain the proficiency tracker, and provide feedback.
- Maintain a productivity tracker to check and ensure that the assigned activities are completed by the team members on time. Also, the distribution of activities is distributed equally.
