Description: The Shared Investigator Platform (SIP) is a valuable tool for the life sciences industry to accelerate clinical trials. The SafeDx module within SIP allows for improved collaboration between sponsors and sites, streamlined management of important business content, and optimization of critical processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Alfresco solutions based on business requirements and best practices
• Configure and optimize the SOLR search engine for Alfresco content and metadata search
• Build and deploy Alfresco applications using continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, quality assurance, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting of Alfresco solutions to ensure high quality and performance
• Maintain documentation for Alfresco solutions including technical design, installation, and configuration instructions
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Alfresco developments and emerging technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on current and future projects

Imaging & Print Services - I&PS (Client: CONDUENT)

Technology: xPression 4.6 and DocFinity v11; Duration: May 2021 to Feb 2022

Description: The I&PS (Imaging & Print Services) team is responsible for executing migrations into multiple environments using the xAdmin tool and overseeing all letter jobs using the xDashboard tool. This includes comprehensive management of various documents within the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) system, specifically DocFinity, from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

xAdmin:

• Configuring and maintaining the xPression server and client components, including web applications, services, and databases
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to xPression server and client components
• Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Designing, developing, and implementing customizations and integrations with other systems
• Collaborating with other team members, including developers and business analysts, to identify and address system requirements and issues

xDashboard:

• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using xPression and other reporting tools
• Collaborating with business analysts to identify requirements for new reports and dashboards
• Configuring and maintaining the xDashboard server and client components
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to xDashboard and other reporting tools
• Performing data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions

DocFinity:

• Configuring and maintaining the DocFinity server and client components, including web applications, services, and databases
• Developing custom workflows and forms using DocFinity's scripting language
• Collaborating with business analysts to identify requirements for new workflows and forms
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to DocFinity server and client components
• Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

1. APL - GEM Transformation Project (Client: APL)

Technology: JAVA; Duration: Mar 2011 to Dec 2012

Description: APL offers container transportation services to customers worldwide, leveraging a combination of top-notch intermodal operations and cutting-edge information technology. Currently, we are in the process of transitioning from a Mainframes-based system to a JAVA system. The Asset Management System of APL logistics consists of four fundamental modules - EMT, MNR, DND, and FEL - which are being rebuilt as part of this effort.

Responsibilities:

• Resolving defects and implementing enhancements to improve application performance
• Collaborating with established processes to develop, test, implement, and maintain application software
• Liaising with clients to gather requirements and review functional specifications
• Mentoring and guiding a team of 2-3 individuals in various stages of the application development lifecycle
• Creating and executing comprehensive unit test plans to ensure application functionality and quality.

2. ECCS Migration Services (Client: PFIZER)

Technology: JAVA, Documentum 6.5v; Duration: Jan 2013 to Nov 2018

Description: As a Migration Engineer for Pfizer Inc., I work with the Enterprise Content and Collaboration Solutions (ECCS) Migration Services team. Our primary focus is to provide migration services to move data from multiple sources into Documentum environments. The migration process involves several stages, including Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Migration, and Validation, and we oversee the end-to-end process.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing my expertise in FME Migration Center Tool to plan, design, and implement complex migration solutions for Documentum systems like DLTS, GNOSIS, GDMS, Filesystem, etc.
• Collaborating with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, migration sets, and transformation rules to ensure timely delivery of migration projects.
• Performing data analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues and data mapping discrepancies during migration.
• Utilizing my knowledge of scanners, importers, and transformation rules to configure and optimize migration processes.
• Creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Migration Summary Reports (MSRs) to document the migration process and results.
• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members to ensure their professional growth.
• Working with the CARA platform to carry out migration projects effectively and efficiently.
• Interacting with clients to gather requirements, review functional specifications, and provide regular updates on the migration progress.
• Ensuring successful completion of enhancements, defect fixing, and testing of the migration process to maintain the quality of the migrated data.
