- Leading end to end Soap/Bathing bars product development at Godrej, which generates around 30% revenue for GCPL
- Lead soap restructuring and process improvement projects, which resulted in 70 Cr per year savings, along with improved operational excellence.
- Successfully developed the Cinthol foaming body wash range, Bloq sweat and odour control lotion, and Park Avenue deo lotion, and launched them in the Indian market in 2024-25.
- Coordinated manufacturing site transfer of 85+ products from the USA to India; the activities include new manufacturing, site technical qualification, capability assessment, conducting feasibility trials, preparing the technical reports, and getting the approval for samples manufactured at the new site from the global CFT.
