  • Invoice Entry: If I am going to enter only invoices, I can enter up to 300 invoices Per day
  • Never got any escalations on entering invoices on this whole 2 years.Extended on weekend if required to maintain the SLA of invoice queue as per the client requirement
  • Statement: Will send statement request to 215 of my suppliers on weekly basis and provide them the updated reconciled statement within 72hrs of receiving the statement
  • Remittance: Will send remittance to the supplier on weekly basis
  • Mail queries: I will help the supplier queries if the come back to us saying they didn't receive the payment
  • Like they didn't receive the check or wire payment I will help the with that
  • Also, I will work with the warehouse team and the buyer to get an invoice paid if it was not paid even after crossing the due date
  • Then I received the promotion on October of 2022 where even more roles and responsibilities added which I have mentioned below.
