Customer having apple id lock issue used to call and we used to assist them for resetting the password after authenticating the identity of the customer.
Worked for Infosys for British Telecom- BT. It was my first job worked for British Telecom assisting the UK customers(inbound) regarding their telecom and broadband bills, and if they have any issues with their bills they used to call us and we used to assist them by explaining the break up of the bill. Also helping them if any issues they are facing in terms of broadband and telephone and explaining them the best deals to reduce the bills.
