• Identify, evaluate, and report commercial sales and margins for retail businesses in the UK and other locations (using the concept of Revenue recognition in IFRS 15).

• Overseeing escrowed and non-escrowed taxes for commercial real estate and multifamily loans

• Generating Loan Payoff statements at the time of closing of a loan on Ad-hoc requests directly by the borrower or via Escrow companies as part of loan servicing
