Responsibilities:

Release Planning:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain a release schedule based on release priority and defined criteria.
• Define release scope, objectives, including feature sets, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and Deployment teams to strategize release milestones.

Project Release Coordination:

• Foster communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in the release process.
• Ensure alignment of release activities with the established schedule.

Project Release Validation:

• Verify validation results to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Project Deployment Management:

• Supervise the deployment of solution releases into UAT and production environments.
• Document deployment processes and ensure reliability.
• Document rollback plans in case of deployment issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Disseminate release schedules to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular status reports on release progress and issues.

Escalation & Risk Management:

• Manage escalations for Release Schedules or Reviews.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting the release schedule or quality.
• Develop contingency plans for unforeseen issues.

Post-Release Activities:

• Monitor the release in the production environment and address any post-release issues.
• Conduct post-release reviews and gather feedback for process improvement.
