• Delivered deflation of ~$2M on $20M spend, Cash improvement of +15 days driving negotiation, standardization, alternate material technology & transfers.
• Successfully developed new packaging & label suppliers from India & grew spend from $5.5M to $10M.

As an overlapping bubble/ stretch assignment, I was also the Sourcing Leader for Avionics & Power commodity to initiate its growth in India.

• Led a global team of compliance leaders for the planning & timely execution of 600 audits per year & managed 1 employee & 2 interns locally.
• Audited close to 70 suppliers & drove finding reduction during repeat audits thereby increasing compliance level at the Healthcare business.
