Currently, I am working on the Workday Launch implementation project as the Absence Lead Consultant.

• Developed planning and tenant strategy for successful deployment.
• Facilitated Catalyst sessions, requirement gathering, and foundation alignment.

• Configured Time Off Plans, Accruals, Leave of Absence, and related business processes.

• Worked on multiple AMS projects.
• Day-to-day support for U.S. clients in issues related to Workday Payroll, time tracking, and absence.
• Provided an effort estimation on the enhancement request as received during a sprint.
• Configured Time Off Plans, Accruals, Leave of Absence, and business process-related changes.

Executed Workday implementation for Time and Absence Module, ensuring seamless integration.

• Supported post-implementation activities by addressing bug fixes, enhancements, and upgrade projects.

• Worked on support for the modules, such as E-Recruitment, PA, OM, Time Management, Indian Payroll, and Travel Management.
