SAP Solution Manager (March 2019 - December 2021):

• Experience in Configuring, Implementing and maintaining ChaRM in Landscapes
• Carry out functional testing for new roles and authorizations designed in system
• Suggest users/business on authorizations and work with solution manager security team
• Configuration of SAP Alerting, Job Monitoring and Monitoring in Solution Manager 7.2
• Functional testing of normal changes and RFCs during upgrade of SAP Solution Manager from SP09 to SP12
• Resolve production issues in ChaRM Implementation, troubleshooting background jobs and deploying transport requests into production during monthly and weekly releases
• Brief knowledge on Business Process Monitoring
• Configure ALE setup - WE20 (Inbound/Outbound), BD64, WE21, BD50
