My main goal is to enhance the resilience and reliability of cloud services. I develop and maintain automation scripts (NSA, AaaS) and tools (Service Catalogs) to manage infrastructure, provision, and operations tasks. I automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error. I also proactively identify opportunities for automation, leading the design and development of frameworks to optimize processes. As part of the Service Enablement program, I drive operability and reliability into services that reside in the production environment. This program is scoped to cover the entire lifecycle of a service, from ideation to retirement, including operational planning, support transition, automation, and scaling up. I am also involved in the Service Health Assessment Framework development to provide a comprehensive health score to the service based on automation failures, incidents raised, and alerts. Additionally, I engage early to explore and integrate AI/ML solutions to enhance the resilience and reliability of cloud services.

Purpose of working on assignment at service-now(the "Client"). As a key member of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, I ensure customer instances availability, reliability. Handling the mass outages, failover processes, and P1 cases. Identify the toils and automate if possible, or look for continuous improvement in the process. On-boarding the new alerts that improves the monitoring system everyday. On-boarding the new SRE team members.

Igaruda (CRM Tool) is a web based application which is used by the agents for managing online & offline flight ticket booking. This project includes the modules like Dash Board, Agent, Reports, GDS, Intelligence, Marketing, Control Panel, PNR Bookings.

Setup automated testing frameworks. Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in live environments. Setup version control systems Git to manage codebase changes. Develop scripts and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Update runbooks, operational manuals, and technical guides as needed.

Involved in online travel agency (OTA) application implementation project including requirements gathering, design documentation, Development, testing, training, and production support. Have knowledge in IndianEagle OTA application architecture and object model, workflow, rules, output processing, UI and a working knowledge of SQL. Develop business rules to offer lowest price in the meta searches like Kayak, Skyscanner. Monitor system performance and application logs to identify issues proactively raise incidents. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both hardware and software-related.
