- Handling cash, position, and trade reconciliation for different external and internal clients.
- Responsible for performing and reviewing a two-way break.
- Identification and carrying out investigations for both sides, and providing resolution for the same.
- Investigation over the outstanding breaks through various sources like GTM, PLM, TLP, and custody report, and coordinating with middle office research teams and other internal teams for resolution of breaks in a timely manner.
- Maintaining coordination with Oversight, client service, and custody became the central point of contact for all clearing issues.
- Interacting with custody and portfolio solution teams for the outstanding breaks.
- We investigate breaks and send them to the RKS team to process transactions like manual entries, cash, and FX RMG (fees, margin, internal transfer, FX, etc.) For record-keeping purposes.
- Manage the group Outlook and IMT mailbox simultaneously, check all the emails, and handle the escalations and queries accordingly.
- Attending client calls twice a week to update the client on what is going on in age breaks.
- Commenting on the PLM application on a daily basis for daily records.
- Sending EOD/SOD and other various summary reports to the oversight team on a daily basis.
- Maintain and tracking all the KPI tracker and checklist related to monthly and daily reporting.
