Later, I joined MASU Brakes Pvt Ltd as a field service engineer in October 2015 and was promoted to Deputy Manager – OE Service/Lead Engineer - Vehicle Testing and Development in the Engineering Research & Development department. Taking care of major OEM businesses, like Tata Motors. Additional skills in vehicle dynamics trials include braking, steering, and handling.

- Support TATA Motors for brake tests (including static and dynamic) on the complete range of commercial vehicles to meet relevant IS standards.
- Development of business activities, with regular review meetings, technical demonstrations, and marketing activities at prospective OEMs and customers.
- Resolving brake-related problems and closing field-related issues with technical analysis.
- Preparing the daily report, the vehicles test report, and reporting to management.

- To carry out brake tests (including static, dynamic, and ABS testing) on the complete range of TATA commercial vehicles to meet IS standards.
- Conduct a field trial for the new formula sample, and submit the report.
- Handles customer complaints in the field and closes the complaints with proper technical support.
- Good knowledge of vehicle service, which helps to support and handle brake lining and all types of brake-related issues.
- Experience in HCV's commercial vehicle field testing and OEM vehicle testing.
- Handling the V-Box 3i (Race Logic) and Link V-Max 4000 (Noise Testing) instrument.
- Supports in MASU R&D for outdoor testing.
- Undertake vehicle-level testing with V-BOX and V-Max (brake noise testing), along with OEM.
- Carried out pre-homologation and homologation trials (IS 11852) along with OEMs and external agencies, like ARAI.
- Knowledge of V-Box (Race Logic for brake testing, temperature mapping, etc.) and LINK V-Max 4000 (Brake & Noise - Testing) instrument – data recording, capturing, and analyzing.
