- Responsible to procure required quantity of men, material( Right quantity & Right quality) & mobilization of machinery in co-ordination with Project management in site for smooth flow of works and to monitor for optimum utilization of machinery & manpower, to control any wastage of material
- Work scheduling/Allocation of workmen on daily basis(tomorrow's works programme fixed today) in Co-ordination with Construction manager, Site foremen and Sub Contractors
- Incharge of all technical matters related to works assigned, seek Assistance of other experts as identified and from the consultant-Design office
- Day-to-day supervision of civil work activities at site and be incharge of all technical matters related to works assigned specifically
- Monitor the works flow in site in accordance approved construction schedules
- Constraints, issues and bottlenecks identified that hinder the works progress need to be addressed on priority basis
- Responsible to bring to notice of higher management for drawing discrepancies, if any

- To ensure Quality control of works is of paramount importance in the site & to achieve this objective, conducting periodical QUALITY PEP TALKS for the site foremen to avoid repetition of works
- Responsible for Site Inspections by Consultant & Raise Request for inspection well before & to take approval prior to concrete pour
- To create awareness of potential threats of unsafe works to colleagues & workmen, imbibe, inculcate safety as a good work culture
- Coordinate in timely material procurement and reconciliation of materials periodically
- To maintain Quality Documents in site office & also reports like DAR- Daily Allocation Report, DPR- Daily progress/Productivity Reports
- Monitor and Assesses the workmanship of subordinates of my team
- Monitoring the material shortage in site and in store and informing in advance
- Always work front to be created for sub contractors
- Conduct/Attend daily site meetings and communicate daily site report to management
- Order the concrete quantity to batching plant well in advance and follow up for proper concrete supply on the day of concreting
- Carrying out quality checks at site like moisture tests prior to paint, FDT for soil before PCC pouring, Cubes crushing strength of RCC etc., & maintaining cube register and FDT tests results
- Mock up to be made to each activity and get approval so as to proceed with the works
- Maintaining proper housekeeping, cleanliness, curing and HSE at site
- ABOVE ALL striving for excellence, to create value addition
