  • Analysis of daily, weekly and monthly business position on basis of target vs Achievement in terms of Units and Volume through daily Huddles and weekly reviews on Monthly sales reports of all the Sales Managers with CBMs to ensure smooth closure of monthly targets
  • Maintaining good relation with DSA Channel Relationship and having proper mix of productivity from these channels ensuring Priority service and TAT in delivering the Business in view of Long term Relation to have month on month Channels Contribution and most importantly market reputation also driving team to have direct cases which key revenue to the company
  • Compliance Management-Effective implementation of customer service through monitoring and tracking turn around times (TAT) to resolve customer Queries
  • Regular training to Branches, DSA &DST on product
  • Monitoring on growth driven targets in terms of Units and Volumes and cross selling of Insurance product which is key initiative to generate Revenue to the company and to create safe Portfolio from both the the clusters
  • Having weekly review meet with the Sales Team, CBM’s and DSA's on achievements and conducting training sessions on product & policy updates
  • Regular co-ordination with the entire internal support Team of Credit, Technical, Legal & OPS for the effective TAT
  • Guiding the Team towards Cluster profitability by consistent adherence to pricing grid, proc fee collection, Insurance & COA management which is Key KRA initiated
  • Delinquency management-Tracking the pre-EMI payment to avoid Non-starters and coordinating with collection team in terms of collection to have control on Delinquent accounts.
