• Prepare Work Contracts & Budgets Maintenance of all records related to billing.
• Checking & Verifying of PRW & Main contractors bills of respective sites.
• Responsible for executing quantities from drawings and making work orders.
• Preparation of change orders and necessary amendments.
• Rate Analysis of different items of BOQ & Extra Items
• Making Primary and detailed estimates for technical sanction
• Estimate the quantity of raw materials, labour and equipment required for the project.
• Finalization and Administration of Client and Subcontracts Invoices.
• Certification of Advance payment, Interim bills and Final bill of Sub contractor in guidance with Finance and PMC Team.
• Preparation & Monitoring of Construction Schedule, Mile ston
• Program set up & Progress Report.
• Preparation of Resource schedule PRW contractor, billing, Planning, Timely Mobilization & Demobilization.
• System Compliance Report.
• Study of Drawings, Quantification.
• Resource schedule – Labour, Material & Plant
• Ensure timely completion of activities to meet project deadlines.
• Making Primary and Detailed estimates for technical sanction.
• Supervision of Billing, material procurement, reconciliation of materials
• Daily RMC consumption report with as per actual work done.
• Maintain Project Record documents from start to end of project.
• Coordination with safety officer, Jr. Engineers and Site Engineers for Smooth flow of work.
• Reconciliation of Materials like Cement, Steel, Aggregate, prefab components & contractor RA-Bills etc
