• Development of New Industrial Estate (NIE) at Khunmoh (May 2025 - Current): Overseeing a broad scope for IRCON, including the Admin Block construction, boundary walls, and specialized electrical/utility works.
• Managing the end-to-end billing process and documentation, ensuring all technical and financial reports are ready for IRCON's review and approval.
• Srinagar Smart City (SSCL) - Dal Gate to Gojwara Junction (May 2024 - May 2025): Supervised the urban road upgrade in one of Srinagar's busiest areas, which involved complex night-shift coordination to keep the project moving without blocking city traffic.
• Handled the quantity surveying and prepared the Measurement Books (MBs) to ensure the billing was accurate and aligned with Smart City project standards.

• Colour Coating Complex (JSW) : Led the civil execution for the industrial complex, specifically managing high-precision tasks like heavy machinery foundations and industrial-grade flooring.
• Ensured the project met JSW's strict safety and quality benchmarks, coordinating with various technical teams to prepare the site for mechanical installations.

Hotel Snowland & Resorts, Sonamarg (Oct 2021 - Dec 2022):

• Managed the structural and finishing work for this high-end hospitality project, ensuring the design aesthetics were met while dealing with the logistical challenges of the Sonamarg terrain.
• Worked directly with consultants to troubleshoot site issues on the spot, keeping the renovation and new construction phases on track.

PMGSY Division Kargil - Tatsa Karith to Shakar Doo Road (May 2019 - Sep 2021):

• Directed the site execution for road and bridge upgrades in the Kargil region, where I had to manage tight working windows due to the extreme climate and high-altitude conditions.
• Supervised site activities, directing labour and resources to meet project milestones.
• Supervised earthwork and concrete structural work, ensuring all rural connectivity standards set by PMGSY were strictly followed by the site crews.
