More than 20.0 years of rich experience in material testing and quality control of 2/4/6-lane highways and other projects in various states of India. My spectrum of experience includes supervising setting up of field-testing laboratories including calibration of equipment, investigation of borrow areas, planning and designing of testing schedule, soils and materials testing, preparing specification for variety of construction materials, material procurement, review of bituminous and concrete mix designs, monitoring and setting of crusher and bituminous mix plant, machinery and materials. Substantial familiarity with modern highway construction technology like use of geo-textiles, polymer modified bitumen etc. and contractual arrangements. Well conversant with relevant Indian standards and have done extensive work on bituminous and non-bituminous mix designs, calibration of plants and lab instruments. Excellent insight in the development of quality control system and great zeal in the implementation of quality control system. Have excellent experience in the setting up and running of material testing laboratory.
