- As a PMS lead I have supported T&T and cloud migration teams who are involved in migrating the client servers from the source to IBM cloud data centers located at US, EMEA and KOREA
- Primary responsibility is to track and maintain the Critical Deliverable's till submission and to collect the status reports from different tower leads of the program and process the data to present it during the client meetings and reviews with Internal/External stakeholders.

• Accountable for deliverables from account management level
• Custodian of general etiquette's (clocking, utilization etc)
• Generate the various reports for the account
• Audit readiness – Being compliant
• General contract management through asset management
• Request for service, Measurements reporting and Billing
Project related activities
• Assist in Project documentation creation
• Review and update Project documentation with stakeholders
• Keep track of project task plan/tracker and have it up to date
Real Estate & Site Operations Lead(Chennai Location)
- Lead multiple teams under facilities management.
- Create Process on all the works responsible to help teams reduce workload.
- Manage all Infrastructure related projects within committed timelines with regards to Space & Facilities of SOD - SD Location co coordinating with Procurement, Finance and Projects team.
- Support business on BCM related to Facilities and Administration activities to successfully manage unplanned incidents & planned shutdowns.
- Take appropriate action & close the feedback/escalations received by way of mail / discussions / round tables within committed timelines.
- Implement Peer review audit recommendations for Site.
- Manage BCM as BCM Council member for the Site and be part of Incident Management Team (IMT) to assist the Site IMT Leader.
- Ensure Weekly floor walk's are completed as per Infra Weekly Checklist (which includes peer review checklist) and issues are tracked till the closure.
- Ensure 100% Facility related issues / complaints are addressed timely.
- Ensure right level of escalations for issues which have dependencies on other functions / challenged resources.
- Conduct Monthly Round table meeting with Managers and site leaders for taking updates and business planning.
- Managed stationery requirement for business.
- Leverage past experience in managing procurement approvals and finance approvals for business.
- Driven space optimization initiatives to business on space / seat optimization.
