• Designed multiple processes (Desk, TNM, INM, PVR, CMS, LTC) to audit the fraudulent claims that are submitted based on the responses provided by pharmacies.
• Worked on user interface rules and SLAs.
• Integrating ESRI Maps to show the directions, distance, and time to reach.
• Integrating Google Vision API to read the documents and extract entities.
• Upgraded the app from UI Kit to Theme Cosmos.
• Worked on EFORMS to provide users the ability to update a PDF and upload it into the application, and the system will read it and update the data on the UI.

• VCAT analyzes dealer repair activities, ensuring accurate initial repairs, warranty approval needs, goodwill processes, and detecting fraud.
• Reviewed project specifications and developed technology solutions that met business expectations.
• Implemented unit-tested systems within prescribed timeframes for STAT, Goodwill.
• Actively collaborated with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Launching flow actions in a customized HTML section that represents a vehicle's 360º view with hotspots.
• PDF generation using custom styles, paragraphs, and other rules.
