Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR).
• Prepared contractor running bills (RA bills) with actual site progress.
• Prepared Client Billing with actual site Progress.
• Coordinated with site engineers to capture variations and change orders.
• Maintained records for work progress, measurements, and billing documentation.
• Prepared and updated BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on site conditions.
• Prepared sub contractor work orders and IOC's.
• Tracked daily work progress and conducted reconciliation.

Environment: Project Coordination & Monitoring Activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding project work scope, deliverables, milestones, estimations, budget quantities, costs, durations, and technical aspects.
• Preparation of project schedule reports, MIS reports, and work execution statements.
• Estimating quantities from approved drawings, comparative statements, and finalizing subcontractor work orders using SAP S/4 HANA.
• Monitoring cost expenditure, daily progress, and subcontract activities.
• Scrutiny of monthly contractor bills, preparation of monthly cost valuation reports (Inflow and Outflow Statements).
• Coordination with concerned departments like designs, procurement, accounts and finance for necessary designs & drawings, material, sub-contractor bills processing and payments respectively.
• Reconciliation statements for material, manpower, work done based on the actuals.
• Handling documentation tasks and updating monthly progress based on review meetings, ensuring alignment with yearly budget projections. Addressing points discussed in meetings and resolving issues.
