- Lead for a 295 MWp utility-scale solar power plant & Wind EBoP within a 350 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant, responsible for end-to-end operations and maintenance.
- Performance monitoring and analytics of 29 SPVs in a 295 MWp centralised solar park, focusing on generation efficiency, fault diagnostics, and energy yield optimisation.
- Monitoring Wind EBoP assests USS,TX line, PSS & it's metering infrastructure.
- Hybrid Power Plant Control (HPPC) system for real-time monitoring and optimised scheduling of power generation from both wind and solar energy sources, with integrated grid management at 220 kV/33 kV voltage levels through dynamic VAR compensation for voltage regulation and power quality enhancement and Hybrid Injection loss calculation.
- Managing OEM equipment warranty administration and insurance claims for multi-make string and central inverters, PV modules, HT/LT electrical systems, UPS units, and associated balance of plant (BoP) components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and service level agreements (SLAs).
- End-to-end procurement, inventory control, and lifecycle management of critical and consumable spares for a 295 MWp utility-scale solar PV plant & Wind EBoP ensuring operational continuity and minimising equipment downtime.
- Performed systematic breakdown analysis and conducted root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures across solar PV plant & Wind EBoP assets to implement corrective and preventive actions, enhancing system reliability and reducing recurrence rates.
- Collaborated with C&I clients to meet the projected generation numbers on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as plant performance.
- Managing the PR test and guarantee/warranty periods of plant for C&I clients.
- Co-ordinated with senior management to implement strategic plans to maximise the generation, PR, PLF, PA & GA and plant uptime for revenue growth.
- Led weekly meetings with O&M service teams to discuss work lapses, quality improvements, and smooth operations for better performance.
- Handling the HOTO process from the project team as per the designs and escalating related concerns to engineering and project teams.
- In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, government bodies, and for compliance with CEIG, NOCs, etc.
- Handling the site visits of investors, C&I clients, lenders, etc.
