  • Client knowledge - Understanding different clients, their business, nature, etc. to present and assist candidates in understanding the organization. Framing a USP(Unique Selling Point) to stimulate interest level.
  • JD deconstruction - Examine the JD, the skills associated with it, and the complexities to gain insight into the client's needs and attract candidates.
  • Sourcing - Potentially using Naukri, LinkedIn portal to find right candidates with the help of Boolean search, advanced search.
  • Job post - Posting job in Naukri and LinkedIn helps us to attract candidates who are actively looking for job change.
  • Screening - Carefully reading the various parts of resume right from personal information, educational qualification, objective, experience etc to understand the candidate's skill/nature etc.
  • Shortlist candidates - Comparing the candidate's skills/nature with the client requirements and analyzing whether it would fit the requirements or not.
  • Candidate Engagement - Connecting candidates with different modes of communication, maintaining the interest level, responding to them at the earliest, giving timely feedback/updates, POFU(Post Offer Follow-Up), giving clarity etc. Maintaining a good candidate engagement will help us in closing requirements, getting referrals, employee/employer brading.
  • Schedule interview and Follow-Up - Getting slots from candidate and scheduling interview accordingly. Giving reminder regularly to make sure candidates join the call and getting heads-up once the call is done.
  • Used Naukri (Primary), LinkedIn(Secondary),Excel, Google calender, Google meet etc.
