Home and Soul has diversified product portfolio that includes mixed used Commercial Project (Shopping Malls, Office Spaces and Hotel), Luxury Residential Villas/Duplex/Penthouses, and Studio Apartments. It has already delivered a project of 3.6 acres at Yamuna Expressway.   • Managing Customer Database of 4000+ Clients & ensure high client retention in line with company retention targets.
  • Generating regular MIS reports and customized reports for 'Management Decision Making'. Preparing monthly and yearly collection forecast of various projects basis on Construction milestones.
  • Handling after sales queries of customers and channel partners.
  • Acceptance of booking, Verifying sale price and discounts as per company policy. Creating customer’s account in the Software with users Generation of payment plan/Demand/statement of account.
  • Issuing Allotment Letters, Payment Schedules, Builder-Buyer Agreements etc. and execution of the same. Raise payment demand notices & sending timely reminders to the customers.
  • Obtaining approval for Transfers/Surrenders, Changes in Payment schedules, Unit Shifting, Cancellation, Ownership Transfer, Fund Transfers, Name Addition & Deletion, Timely Collections from customers, Demand letters, Working of Dealer Commission, Customers Dealing, all after sales activities.
  • Maintaining Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports related to sale value, Demand, Forecasting Collections etc.
  • Maintaining all customer and brokers accounts in liaison with the Accounts Department, ensuring timely bank reconciliations, internal and external statutory audits.
  • Coordination with brokers and maintaining the brokerage bills data.
  • Handing over the Possession of and registration as per schedule along with NOC.
  • Interdepartmental co-ordination to ensure smooth operations at all times; successfully looking after overall management of the commercial/Back office working (uses etc.).
