• Responsible for multiple functions and managing a team size of 70, which includes the teams below:
• Client Support Team (West Region Clients and Strategic Accounts) – The team is responsible for overall performance, along with business retention and organic growth of clients. SLA monitoring is a major KRA.
• Vendor/Seller Pickup Team – The team is responsible for first-mile pickup for PAN India clients.
• Wallet Business – The team is responsible for generating leads, onboarding them on the CRM panel, taking them through the portal, along with explaining the SOP. Along with this, the team is responsible for overall customers for long-tailed/D2C suppliers.
