  • Deal confirmation report& FX’s reports are run in the morning and evening to ensure M+ & P&C- Pension and Charity investors are prioritized
  • Any request received should before 17 GMT should be processed on the same day
  • End confirmation with the queue status should be sent to the onshore management & offshore management group
  • For any new projects, volume analysis is done and based on head count, staff is hired
  • Trainings are conducted through WebEx and coordinate with the client and ensure trainings are completed as per schedule
  • Monitor the queue to ensure there is no impact on any of the valuation point/ cut off’s
  • Prepare monthly MIS report which will depict the team’s KPI& KRI Preparing Monthly business review report which completely depicts highlights/ Misses/ training/ areas of improvement of the team and it is presented to the management every month Provide any training that team members need when there is a knowledge gap/ difficulties in understanding new concepts
