Details: The 311 System has been developed to offer a fully customizable interface that enables a city to efficiently address the requests of its citizens. This system provides a solid foundation for municipalities to seamlessly manage citizen engagement and deliver citizen services across various communication channels such as phone, web, mobile, and social media

Responsibilities: During my role, I handled tasks such as creating packages, customizing implementations based on specific city requirements, performing refreshes, converting Process Builder to flows, implementing GIS and Heatmap features, utilizing Custom Metadata and Custom Settings. Furthermore, I built user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), facilitated Apex Callouts, integrated Apex with flows, and deployed code to various orgs using change sets. To ensure code backup, I utilized Git branches.

• Implemented Visual force Pages, Apex Components, Controllers, Triggers and working with Force.com
• Created Validation rules and Assignment rules as per business requirement
• Created Workflow Rules and defined related tasks, Time Triggered Tasks, Field Updates, and Email Alerts to execute business logic
• Created custom Dashboards and Reports
• Created profiles and implemented Field level and Object level security to maintain crucial information on the profile
• Implemented Flows and Process Builders as per the business requirements
• Lead the team on various release upgrades of the system
• Handle and manage the team on production deployments.
