• Developed the Department of Tourism in Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous from six BA HTJ students in 2007 to more than 900 students in different courses related to travel, tourism, and aviation.
• Opened the International and Domestic Relations office in 2008 and established foreign relations with more than 18 universities across the globe.
• Administered the department of commerce-tourism studies for 17 years at Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous.
• Developed Outcome Based Education (OBE) framework and Academic Aptitude Assessment (AAA) analysis for assessing the quality level of the students in my department.
• Developed a curriculum for BBA Aviation, BBA Tourism and Hospitality Management, B. Com Tourism, and BA Tourism consisting of more than 35 courses.
