• Provide all data and bakup to sales manager & GM during meeting and business tour
• Creating vendor code for new onboarding customers
• Report submission - daily, weekly, monthly to Principals
• Customers care/Ensure follow up of complaints, suggestions of client
• Providing rate along with route, feeder vessel schedule and connection vessel details
• Maintained forecast and projections for all service trade
• Following cutsomer for container pickup and arranging the space with form13
• Communicating with business unit for rate request with indication rate
• Filing rate and making contract by SPOT basis
• Onboarding cutsomers to organisation with eligible FMC docs

• Arranging the DG approval from HO to onboard the HAZ shipemnt
