• Overall responsibilities to Manage the regulatory department in a pragmatic and cost-effective way for successful registrations & renewals of technical and formulation products in National and international markets.
• Lead and coordinate agrochemical product registration activities Globally including India, APAC, South America, North America, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Develop region-specific regulatory strategies aligned with local legislation, registration requirements, business priorities, and market-entry objectives.
• Oversee registration of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, biocides, and other applicable agrochemical products.
• Manage registration dossiers, regulatory submissions, new product approvals, renewals, amendments, and variations in accordance with applicable local requirements.
• Assess country-specific data requirements, registration pathways, regulatory timelines, and data gaps.
• Coordinate with local regulatory consultants, representatives, distributors, CROs, laboratories, and regulatory authorities, as applicable.
• Monitor regional regulatory developments and evaluate their implications for product registration, compliance, and market access.
• Oversee scientific data-generation programmes, including 5 batch, Physchem, Toxicology, Ecotoxicology and other as per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure continued compliance with registration conditions, approved product uses, labelling requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations.
• Maintain registration status reports, approval records, renewal calendars, and regulatory tracking systems.
• Provide strategic regulatory inputs to senior management and commercial teams for international expansion, portfolio planning, and product development.
• Lead departmental planning, team development, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement of regulatory processes.

• Overall responsibilities for Regulatory Affairs and Product registration department.
• Supported regulatory affairs and product registration programs for insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and bio-stimulants across 40 countries included APAC, Middleeast, Africa, South America, Central America, USA.
• Managed, reviewed, and coordinated 350+ regulatory dossiers covering new registrations, renewals, amendments, label extensions, import permits, or other submission types.
• Contributed to 250+ successful product registrations, approvals, renewals, and other regulatory outcomes involving Technical and Formulated products.
• Coordinated submissions, deficiency responses, and authority follow-up with national/regional authorities], achieving approval, registration, renewal within specified timeframe.
• Prepared, reviewed, and coordinated dossiers, study reports, labels, safety data, efficacy data, residue data, and chemistry packages.
• Coordinated with R&D, toxicology, analytical, manufacturing, marketing, and external CRO teams to close data gaps and support timely submissions.
• Maintained registration status, renewal schedules, authority correspondence, and post-registration commitments for Technical and Formulated products across APAC, Middleeast, Africa, LATAM, USA & CIS countries.
