Role Description:
- Manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions to promote and support the LiveKeeping (Tally on Mobile) application.
- Educate potential and existing clients on how to access and use their Tally data seamlessly via mobile devices and web browsers.
- Deliver detailed product demonstrations, explaining features from user interface (front-end) to backend functionality, including data entry execution and reporting.
- Assist interested customers with complete software setup and configuration on their systems, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide end-to-end guidance to enhance user experience.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, building trust, and effectively converting leads into successful closures.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through continuous support and follow-ups.
