• Prepare IT architecture revamp strategies with relevant stakeholders, CXO level Infra dashboards for Incident management and prepare RFP for infrastructure projects.
• Budget management including CAPEX & OPEX, Life cycle management of all assets and development of long-range plans designed to maintain cost-effectiveness.

• Manage 24*7 IT infrastructure availability, Uptime, Incident Management and Technical administration support for 7000+ servers including AIX, Linux, Solaris, and Windows servers.
• Evaluate workloads of critical applications of the bank and ensure the Infra capacity is adequately sized to cater to future growth of the applications.
• Responsible for storage performance reports, LUN management and SAN administration for storages like IBM (V7k and 8k), Hitachi (VSP G1500 and VSP F5500), EMC (Vmax and VNX) and NetApp (FAS 8200 and AFF 8k).
• Working knowledge on writing Ansible Playbooks for automating daily operational tasks for Unix systems.
• Jointly work with the internal Regulatory and Governance teams during internal and external audits
• Manage project scope, control project budgeting and cost while working on issues and escalations. Preparing Quality Reports & Presentation for reviews with Senior Management.

• Supported Unix OS and Storage related Operational tasks and Projects for clients like Schlumberger, EDF Energy, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Airbus and Akzonobel
• Installation & configuration of HACMP, Migration of HACMP from HA 5.5 to HA 6.1
